As an Design Lead in the Innovation & Venture Design team, you will discover, design and create new break-through ventures, from postit to prototype. You will bring a blend of research & insight, strategy, design and commercials expertise to the table to lead projects from end to end, being responsible for shaping and creating the next big plays for Deloitte Tax & Legal. You will be responsible for scoping, planning and running engagements, and will lead a project team of Innovation & Venture Designers. You will also collaborate with wider teammates and use design-led principles to deliver high-quality outputs which evaluate desirability, feasibility and viability of new ventures, as well as considering sustainability and ensuring we are making a positive societal impact and living our purpose. This will determine whether to progress the venture through to further investment, pivot or stop. You will have a leadership role which will include coaching and up-skilling team members and the wider team in Proposition / Venture Design best practice. You will supporting on business development and winning new projects for the team, as well as managing stakeholders and building client relationships.
