WHAT YOU’LL DO ON THE PROGRAMME This accelerated programme is all about creating our future leaders and we'll provide the range of experiences and develop your skills and interests to become just that. This could include working with customers or supply chain, procurement, strategy, innovation, government relationships, commercial and contracts. You could be involved in sales opportunities and contract negotiations. Or you could find yourself helping purchase the parts for a highly efficient jet engine, a building or IT system. You could even have the opportunity to support our commercial teams, where we’ve just opened the world’s largest and smartest indoor aerospace testbed. Across all of this, you'll focus on building strong connections with our partners, suppliers and customers. And most importantly, you’ll have the flexibility to curate your own experience and develop your understanding of the opportunities within our business, before you specialise in an area of expertise.
