Operations Support Intern, Berlin

With your education and experience, you will be able to take on real-world challenges from day one. Within this role you will: - Support our TikTok operations team in Central and Eastern Europe in all relevant tasks: e.g. facilitate partnerships, ensure user growth, outreach to creators and partners and support all onboarding activities - Support in running webinars and content training and hashtag challenges - Use data to analyse market growth, identify problems and suggest practical solutions - Launching the program hashtags on the discovery pages - Manage live operations with partner streams, e.g. promotion application, geoblocking etc. - Identify research topics and coordinate research projects to help optimize our work Qualifications - Availability for 5 months as an intern - Available to start in November 2021 or January 2022 - Current undergraduate or postgraduate student with an interest in video/social platforms - Previous experience (work or education) related to business, marketing, strategy is preferred - Ability to use data to analyse market growth - Verbal and written communication skills in English and German is a must - Polish/Czech/Slovak/Romanian or Hungarian language skills are a bonus
