Business Operations Managers (BOMs) are the trusted business partners to the services leads and the liaison between various internal groups to ensure we have a healthy and growing services business and helping to drive Customer Success. The BOMs analyze business trends, manage revenue impacting compliance and consistency, identify ways to optimize processes, support accelerated growth, and find ways to meet and exceed our financial targets. The BOMs also act as the operational contact for the business and are often the first person the field reaches out to with needs regarding all areas of the Services business. Key areas of responsibility & involvement include P&L Management, Capacity Planning, Compliance, Engagement, Billing / T&E, Shared Services Oversight, PreSales Support
